Tiffany is the Founder and Lead Advisor of TLM Transformative Wealth, LLC. Based in San Francisco, she partners with individuals and families to rethink what they want their wealth to accomplish and connect those priorities to a comprehensive financial plan and investment strategy. Her goal is to turn complexity into confidence by creating a clear and tailored financial plan grounded in each client's values - one that can evolve as their lives, goals, and wealth change over time.
Professional background
Tiffany has nearly 25 years of experience helping clients navigate the complexities of their financial planning lives. A Certified Financial Planner™ and fiduciary, she spent nearly 20 years as a financial advisor with Fidelity Investments.
Throughout her career, Tiffany developed a deep expertise in financial planning and a talent for connecting with clients and translating complex financial decisions into thoughtful, actionable strategies. She has primarily worked with entrepreneurs, executives, tech professionals, professors, and other financial professionals - people who are often highly accomplished in their own fields but may not have the time or desire to navigate every aspect of their financial lives on their own.
Over time, Tiffany became passionate about changing the conversation around wealth. She believes wealth is about more than investments, retirement, or a number on a statement. It is about what that wealth can make possible - for your life, your family, your choices, your aspirations, and potentially future generations. Rather than simply helping clients answer, "Will I have enough to retire?" she encourages them to think bigger: What do you want your wealth to accomplish? What matters most to you? And how can your financial decisions support the life you want to live?
That philosophy ultimately led her to found TLM Transformative Wealth, LLC in 2026. Tiffany created the firm to provide clients with comprehensive advice across all aspects of their financial lives, combining sophisticated financial planning and investment management with a deeper conversation about what wealth means to them and how they want it to shape their future. As a fiduciary firm, TLM Transformative Wealth is committed to putting clients' interests first and providing advice that is aligned with their goals, values, and evolving lives.
Tiffany's academic background, from UC Santa Barbara, in sociology and psychology also shapes her approach. She understands that financial decisions are rarely just about the numbers; they are deeply connected to people's priorities, relationships, experiences, and aspirations. She prides herself on making the complex easy to understand - breaking down industry jargon, communicating in everyday language, and using relatable analogies to help clients understand their choices and make well-informed decisions about their wealth.
At the heart of Tiffany's work is a simple belief: your wealth should do more than accumulate. It should have a purpose.
Beyond the numbers
Tiffany has been a resident of California for all but six months of her life. She was raised in a small town outside Sacramento, where her childhood was filled with 4-H, pygmy goats, horses, and soccer. She played soccer for Elk Grove High School and went on to graduate from UC Santa Barbara, where she lived for a decade and began her career in financial services. She still returns to Santa Barbara frequently to spend time with friends and enjoy the beauty of a place that continues to feel like home.
For the past 15 years, Tiffany has called San Francisco's Russian Hill neighborhood home. She loves taking advantage of everything the city has to offer, from its restaurants and food festivals to concerts, museums, and art galleries. She is also a season ticket holder for the San Francisco Giants. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her friends and with her sister, brother-in-law, and nephew who also live in San Francisco.
One thing you'll quickly learn about Tiffany is that she loves elephants - and has since childhood. She has two adoptive elephants, Sagala and Arthi, at a wildlife refuge in Kenya, which she hopes to visit one day. Her home is filled with artwork and elephant figurines. Her love of animals and adventure has taken her around the world.
Tiffany loves to travel and is happiest immersing herself in the culture of a new place - trying the local food, exploring the sights, and, of course, doing a little shopping along the way. Recent travels have taken her to Paris, Australia, and Japan. She is also an advanced scuba diver and frequently travels to Hawaii to dive. One of her most memorable adventures was completing 16 dives along Australia's Great Barrier Reef.
During the pandemic, Tiffany discovered another passion: fishing. What began as a new hobby has become an annual tradition, with a week-long deep-sea sport fishing trip each year with friends. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue adding adventures and plenty more dives over the next decade.
Community
Giving back to the community has always been important to Tiffany. She has served as a Woman of Impact for Girls, Inc. of Alameda County and has volunteered with organizations including the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank and Junior Achievement. She has also supported local efforts such as the San Francisco Fire Department's Holiday Toy Drive, fundraising for a local women's shelter, and the annual glove drive that benefits the Junior Giants.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has looked for opportunities to bring people together and create a stronger sense of community. At Fidelity Investments, she organized an annual Pride event that brought associates and their families together to celebrate during the San Francisco Pride Parade. She was also a founding member of Fidelity's San Francisco Market Culture Committee, where she helped lead efforts focused on diversity, inclusion, and giving back to the local community.
Today, Tiffany continues to support organizations whose work is meaningful to her, particularly those focused on educating and empowering children, supporting women in need, and caring for animals. Whether through volunteering, organizing, or charitable giving, she believes that making a difference in the community is something everyone can contribute to.
